Booking & Payment
An exhibition booth will be deemed booked with the return of the completed exhibition booking confirmation form along with a 50% deposit. No booth number will be conﬁ rmed without the deposit being paid. The 50% balance payment is due 1st August 2012.
All confirmations of exhibition booths made after 1st August 2012 require 100% payment.
For cancellation the following applies:
- Four months prior to trade show 75% refund
- Three months prior to trade show 50% refund
- Two months or less prior to trade show no refund.
