No booth number will be conﬁ rmed without the deposit being paid within 14 days of booking. The 50% balance payment is due 1st August 2012.

All confirmations of exhibition booths made after 1st August 2012 require 100% payment.

Cancellation

For cancellation the following applies:

Four months prior to trade show 75% refund
Three months prior to trade show 50% refund
Two months or less prior to trade show no refund.
